Spicy Sesame Dip

Serve with snow peas, asparagus and/or bell peppers as dippers or add all the vegetables to cooled noodles and drizzle with this dip.

Spicy Sesame Dip

Serves: 1¾-2 cups
  • garlic cloves, minced
  • teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ¼- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ cup cooled, brewed black tea
  • tablespoons rice vinegar
  • ½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ cup tahini
  • cup mayonnaise
  • scallion, chopped, for garnish
  • tablespoons lightly toasted sesame seeds
  1. Place the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate at least one hour and up to 2 days. Garnish with scallion and sesame seeds.
