White BBQ Sauce

Serves: 2 cups
- 1½ cups cider vinegar
- ½ cup olive or canola oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
- 2 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped or pressed
- ½ - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 - 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Use this sauce to baste chicken or ribs while grilling.
