Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 1 European, greenhouse variety cucumber sliced paper thin (if you can't find, use 2 salad cucumbers, peeled and seeded)
- ½ red onion, sliced paper thin
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill (do not substitute dried)
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and chill for 1 - 2 hours.
