Fresh Fruit Yogurt Sorbet

Ingredients
  • 2 - 3 slightly over - ripe bananas, thinly sliced and frozen
  • 3 cups frozen raspberries, strawberries or blueberries
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (do not use nonfat), or more to taste
Instructions
  1. Place frozen bananas and berries in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process until smooth. Gradually add yogurt and process until completely incorporated. Serve immediately.

Garnish:

Fresh berries
Fresh chopped mint
