You can substitute papaya, fresh figs, or any kind of melon for the mango. Or try breadsticks.
Serves 6.
2 mangoes, each cut into 6 wedges
12 thin slices prosciutto
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 orange or lime, cut into 6 wedges
1. Wrap each wedge of mango with a prosciutto slice and sprinkle lightly with black pepper.
2. Just before serving, squeeze the orange or lime juice over each slice.
